About Us
Ms. Bouker has been with ARO since its inception. She has many years of experience in the management of a radiation oncology facility. She is responsible for the smooth running of the facility. Ms. Bouker is also well versed in insurance and billing issues and is readily available to patients to address any financial concerns they may have.
Mr. Kelleher has over 10 years of experience in the radiation therapy field. As a former radiation therapist, his background allows him to be knowledgeable in all aspects of treatment delivery. Mr. Kelleher is also responsible for CT simulation prior to treatment planning. This allows him to have a complete understanding of the patient's positioning during simulation and therefore what the patient will find comfortable during treatment. Mr. Kelleher is board certified by the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board(MDCB), the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and member of the American Association of Medical Dosimetrists (AAMD) and American Society of Radiation Therapists (ASRT).
Mr. Garcia received his certification in Radiation Therapy from Montifiore Medical Center. He is board certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) and a member of ASRT. Mr. Garcia has over 25 years of experience in the radiology field working first in the New York area before coming to D.C. Mr. Garcia is well versed in the advanced technology used at ARO, including CT Simulation, IMRT delivery and On Board Imaging.
Ms. Kline received her Associates Degree at George Washington University, Washington D.C. in radiation therapy. She is board certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) and a member of ASRT. Ms. Kline has over 15 years of experience in the radiology field working primarily in the D.C. area. Ms. Kline is well versed in the advanced technology used at ARO, including CT Simulation, IMRT delivery and On Board Imaging.
Ms. Martinez is the newest addition to the staff. Ms. Martinez received her Bachelors of Science degree in Radiologic Sciences and is a registered radiologic technologist. She brings years of experience to the Cancer Center at Gaithersburg.
Rahim Chowdhury joins the Cancer Center at Gaithersburg and the Cancer Center at Fairfax as its lead physicist. Mr. Chowdhury holds a Masters degree in Medical Physics and a Masters degree in Computer Science. He is certified in Medical Physics by the American Board of Radiology. Mr. Chowdhury brings years of extensive medical physics experience and is well versed with the state of the art technologies available at both centers.
